Upload your file using an FTP Program

You will need to use an FTP program like FileZilla (PC) or Transmit (Mac)

› Use a file compression tool like winZip (PC) or Apples compression tool (Mac) to reduce the file size

Enter the following information in your FTP program:

SERVER/HOST: xlprints.com
USERNAME: (Leave Blank)
PASSWORD: Your Email Address
PORT: 21

Upload your file via this website

› File size must be less than 300MB
› Single file upload
› Use a file compression tool like winZip (PC) or Apples compression tool (Mac) to reduce the file size
› Include your order number

Mail/Ship Your File

Send your disk to:

*Note: We can return media by request for an additional surcharge of $10.00 for shipping and handling.

** Files are not stored longer than six months from the upload date. For an additional $10 fee we will archive your files for a longer term. To have your files archived for longer than six months, please contact Customer Support.
